Air Pump

recently i changed my 60l tank around after changing from gravel to sand.

i turned on my air pump today and it had made a film of about 2cm thick of bubbles on the top as though the water contains washing up liquid, is this anything to worry about, its the first time i have seen it

did you wash the sand really well its probably just settling in
