my paradise fish has gone all weried its got a lump on its head and is swimming very funney and is hangging round near tlhe back of my filter
will it i hope not i have had it for a year now. its in a pair the other one still semms fine but will it be alright if tis dies or will i have to get another one

Like the other poster has asked need more info on.
Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
Has the lump just suddenly appeared.
Does the lump look solid or soft like filled with fluid.
Any puss coming out of the lump.
Does the lump look like a cauliflower.
Is the fish bloated.

4 tiger barbs
2 paradise fish
and 5 neons

I would issolate him if you can as the puss can infect the other if the lumps bursts.
You will need a bacterial med.
