Snowflake, what are your tapwater stats ? And what WC schedule are you aiming for, to start with ?

I have soft water the ph is 7.5 out of the tap. Then it drops when in the tank to ph 7.0.

Every 3 days I will be water changes of 30%. feed 2-3 times a day maybe more on my days off.

unless you want them to grow fast (dont see the point) once to twice is enough

best way to feed discus is little and often .they also need a higher protein diet as they have quite poor metabolism . with small juvies like you have there you should be looking at 3 to 4 feedings per day , also id be doing more frequent waterchange than 30% every 3 days for growing out juveniles.
