I have two African Dwarf Frogs in a 20L tank right now. One of them is perfectly healthy, swims around normally and looks fine. The other is incredibly skinny and doesn't move very much. He has been floating static in his tank at different levels. I actually assumed he was dead, but when I touched him with the net he swam away and did the same thing somewhere else. I have tried to feed him, but he doesn't want to eat. Any suggestions?
