African Dwarf Frog Floating

I look at my 20 gallon tank and i see my dwarf frog floating not dead but floating. is this normal because he stays there until i poke him a little if its a problem look at my signature to see the fish that could be causing this

If you haven't yet found an answer, this is my opinion on the matter. What I have read has a split decision about floating frogs. Half say its normal for the frogs to float in a zen like state but the other half say it means the frog has an infection. My recently deceased dwarf floated all the time, she would swim around as well and ate just fine. So you should watch the frog carefully to see if there are changes in feeding swimming, and hiding.
