Hi everyone, I bought this Cichlid from a local shop this week and just throwing it out there, Im a real noob here when it comes to fish. Can someone tell me what type of african cichlid this is and what is its sex? I would like to add a mate to the tank and want to make sure they are the same species and right sex so they don't fight. any pointers on care for these fish is also greatly appreciated.
