African Butterfly Fish Compatability

Hey ive seen that someone is selling their african butterfly fish and i was wonderign whats the smallest fish recommended to keep with it, because i have silver tip tetras which are small, but there are like 12 or more of them, so do youguys think theyll be ok with it since their in a shoal?

My tank is a juwel rekord 120 and i have angelfish, silver sharks, clown loaches etc

The shoal would make no difference.

I wouldn't recommend fish smaller than 1.5" with ABF's. Mine regularly ate fry that strayed.

hmm, mine arent really as small as fry, but ill see if i can measure them, see about what size they are..
