Advice Please

ok so i've been using ro water as my lfs recommended but i have found i did better with tap water, i have been using ro water for about 7 months but want to go back to using tap, my lfs say you cant stop using ro now i've started, is this true? any advice would be great

I'm sure as with all big changes, changing over slowly with maybe 95%ro - 5% tap for 2 weeks then 5% change, your fish should adapt happily? Time consuming...i'm sure others have better advice.

just do 10% water changes each week

Switching from RO to tap water once you've used RO is fine, i think. Prob just your LFS trying to keep you buying RO for coin.
Switched from RO to tap water myself on 2 tanks and i didn't have any problems at all, my fish actually 'perked up' more.
