Advice On My First Planted Tank

Hi I have recently decided to redo my tank to a planted tank . Was wondering if anyone had any advice for me
I have a fluval roam 125 tank with a fluval 206 filter
I'm planning on putting jbl manado substrate with jbl sansibar black gravel

whats your light like? and what your thinking of planting it with

Just the standard one that come with the tank with a t8aqua glow bulb and a t8 power glow bulb .as for plants haven't really decided on plants yet going to my lfs today to have a look what they have
