Advice Needed......please

I have a 190ltr tank (all ciclids), I noticed 2 of my 'convicts' acting aggresively towards other fish.
Upon closer inspection I noticed that they were protecting loads of tiny fry.

Should I try to fish these wee guy's to a seperate area?
Should I just leave them be (they are hiding mainly around my plants etc) ?

Any advice would be appreciated on what I should do.

just leave as they are they will be OK if with both parents

I would be a little more cautious than Biff has suggested. What are the "other cichlids?" Cons are notoriously aggressive towards other fish when they have bred and can even kill much bigger fish if those fish become a big enough anoyance. They are prob fine for the moment, but if you start to notice torn fins and wounds on the other fish, def think about rehoming the parents and their fry or else you could get dead fish, especially in that size tank....
