This stuff doesn't even kill my snails or clams. It should be dosed every three days, then weekly after algae stabilizes. In the end, the key is to pull of the thread algae from my plants. Here is my question though. Will AAD interfere with the fertilization dosing process/effectiveness or any other vital plant process? Aslo I wonder what the shelf life is...this stuff may not even be working
