I'm looking for some any adult species of corydoras, this is because i would like to breed them and if I can find adults the waiting time is shortened.
I have been round a number of aquatic shops, but I could find only juvinile.

I will be grateful if can you help.

Thank you

The problem is to breed corydoras succesufly they must be at list a year old and provvided they are well conditioned then nyou can try to breed them, and I am tryin to shorten the waiting period.

Thirty years ago when I was breeding them in the shop you were able to find adult fish.

I do see why you feel this is an obstacle but if you buy adults you have no idea how long the breeding will last before they are too old to give a good spawn. At least if you got them young you could estimate with accuracy how old they are. I can recommend you try online if you are willing to spend some extra on P&P.

Hi I have 4 peppred and 4 bronze if you are interested they are just a few months old and have just started to spawn both lots have had a couple of batches , there are 2 of each sexes in both groups I think as females bellies get big just before spawning.
The reason I am happy to let these go to a good home as I have 7 skunk cories and much prefer these and would like to get a few more to add to there group .
Going by your name are you near welwyn in hertfordshire ? as I live in Harlow not far
cathy
