Can African Dwarf Frogs live in a frontie tank?

I very much doubt it.

They just don't cope well with any aggression and they like sitting at the surface where they are easily attacked.

Pretty much my guess.

I thought they might taste ugly so would get left alone. But as I thought about it just now, I remembered that the boys at work are always throwing toads in Oscar's tank. He is shows his gratitude by biting their fingers after he has eaten the toad. Makes the supervisor angry, because the toads eat the flying bugs.
