Adding Small Shoaling Fish With My Cichlids?

I have a 100L/28 US gallon tank with an angel, 2 dwarf rams, a dwarf gourami, a gold gourami and an opaline gourami, I want to add a shoal of little fish, endlers or neon tetra kinda thing... can anyone suggest some that would work well with the cichlids?

Harlequin rasboras would be fine, cardinals should be ok too. Neons are a no no with the angels as they would eat them as they grow.

harlequins are great shoaling fish, as are pristella tetra.....also no neons with angels
