Adding Fish

Hello everyone, I am new to the board and was hoping for some suggestions as I am new to having a tropical aquarium as well. I am looking to add another fish or two to my already established aquarium. It is 40 gallons and as of now I have as follows: 4 tiger barbs, 2 rainbow sharks, 2 albino rainbow sharks, and 2 rosy red barbs. I am thinking about possibly adding a bottom feeder type and any suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance.

not a common though. tank is too small. loach or cories will be best.

My own favorite bottom feeders are corydoras in all the different patterns and sizes that are available in the different species. For my tanks, I have focused more on the pygmy sized cories like the habrosus. I really like the color pattern and the robust activity level of my C habrosus. I find the hastatus prettier but they never seem to come out into the open where you can see them.
