About To Add Fish ... I Have A History Of Ich

The previous 2 times i have added fish to my aquarium i have had an outbreak of ich.

Both times i have lost fish to it. I have just read thru the SkepticalAquarist info on ich and it seems i didn't continue the treatment for long enough and i have immunised fish in my aquarium..

I am about to add some more fish this weekend (Saturday).

Which of these 3 options would you reccomend?

A] Nothing - and if ich appears raise the temp and start treatment with medication or salt?

B] Begin to raise the temp on friday and add salt to the aquarium in preparation of the fish being added. Then do a large water change on thursday and begin lowering the temp?

C] Begin a full treatment course for ich on saturday morning and continue the treament for 5 full days after adding the fish.

Don't add fish on saturday. Whether you use meds or raise the temp, you will need to treat for the parasite's whole life cycle, which could take a week or so to be safe.

Probably didn't make it clear...The fish are not displaying any current symtoms of ich.

Its my concern it will affect any new additions.
