Hi I'm Russ I live in the Midlands I have 2 tanks at the moment, 1 is a 40 litre tank with a Aqua Flow 100 filter & heater, real plants 14 neons 3 German Blue Rams (1 male 1 female 1 not sure of ) and a Assassin Snail.
My other tank is 4 ft silver sand, wood and rocks, run on a external filter with a external filter, moss & java fern, small airstone, looking at moment at 1 pair of large Cichlids.

Hi and welcome to the forum, I do like my cichlids, what is the tank dimensions on your 4ft ? If you plan on only having the pair you possibly could have a pair of green terror maybe a little large could definitely get away with a pair of severum

Hi ..yes I've ordered a pair to be delivered to my local fish shop on Thursday, my tank is just about to finish cycling so I'm about set and ready, the fish are only going to be around 3cm but thought it would be nice to see them grow and mature, a pair of terrors hopefully. I've tried to leave as much space as I can and put some shelter at one end for them.
