ok the big question is that i would love to give my 90 gallon tank a planted tank so in preperation to get the ball going . now the pet store told me i dont really need it as i have lot of fish and hi lighting factors should be able to grow plants but i want to make sure plants grow well .
what fishes i have in my 90 gallon
10 tiger barbs presently 1 inches
4 clowloaches presently 2-3 inches (so playful)
2 plecos common presently 5-7 inches not sure exact
2 rainbow sharks pressently 2 inches one rainbow and one albino(i know some say only one per tank but so far they are good i do have a tank to move if i have to ) no worries here
3 black ruby barbs
2 gouramis 3-4 inches (what i have left of them )
i need to change my profile as i got new fishes and things changed and got hte plms resolved
now what i want to know step by step to make sure im doing it right
what not to bother to get what is a must
ive had a 10 gallon but i think partly is the lighting that didnt do well it did better in my 29 gallon but i lost alot from transfer from 29 to 10 and back in 3 mths period as i decided to shut down the 10 gallon
