hi all
I'm out of my depth here so need some guidance.
I've recently moved my 16 krib fry(neon size now ;) )
from my 20g into my 62g tank. thus allowing
my pair to breed again. they are already showing good
colouration and show off to each other :thumbs:

my question is this;
do you think that African Butterfly Fish Pantodon buchholzi
would be ok for temporary tank mates, or do you think their
flowing fins would make too much of a target?
how many ABFs would you keep, one, two or more?

There's a good chance that the butterfly will be ignored because it's a top dweller and not really a threat to the Kribs. The tank is fairly small and there is no guarantee though, and if the Kribs take exception to the butterfly it will be in trouble. Overall I'd say kribs are too aggressive for them in this size tank.

Thanks freddy.
I think I'll just stick to a few danios as ditherers untill the next lot of fry appear.
