AAACKKK!!!! my male guppie is pregnant

my mal guppie looks just like a pregnant femal without a gravid spot he was just fine yesterday but today when i got home he got huge he is now very sluggish and imafraid he wont last through the night anyone ever have this problem i personaly have never seen a fish get like this (he doesnt look pine coneish like dropsy he looks just like a pregnant female ) any help would be greatly appreaciated ) he is in a 18g tall tank with a medium planted tank 96w light and 5 females should i be wooried about the others health as well ?

Obvious question....but are you sure hes male? How long have you had him for?

had him for about 4 days positive he's a male caus of the gonopodium and his vibrant colors im thinking maybe he just ate extremly to much ill try to get a pic

Fast him for a day and feed a shelled pea next time. Daphnia for a few days after that will keep him from getting blocked up again. Keep an eye out for stringy white poo or problems with swimming as these could suggest internal parasites or an infection.
