Hi,

I've read posts advising that some LFS supply RO water.

Does anyone know of an LFS local to me that does?

I live in Sudbury Suffolk and work in Cambridge Cambridgeshire.

I have been told that Swallow Aquatics in Colchester & Seapets in Martlesham both sell RO water. Lived in Sudbury for a while many years ago but can only remember a small pet shop opposite the old post/sorting office. Can't remember the name of the street though, sorry.

Just a quickie swallow in east harling do ro water

Swallows do in Rayleigh in Essex so I'd imagine the one in Colchester does too. Still quite a trek tho. My parents live in Sudbury and I live in Cambridge. Come to think of it you do quite a trek to work too!
Hugs,
P.

I used to go there infrequently when I was younger as my Dads best friend lives around the corner. My Dad bought most of his fish bits and bobs from there. It used to be great back then but I haven't been there for many a year.

Don't bloody pay for R-O water, what kinda mug would that make you? Particularly as tbh most people don't NEED R-O water, they just need to prepare their water properly.

If you need it (breeding, discus or to an extent marine - although i disagree), then get your own unit. If you shop around you can get a unit which is perfectly suitable for a hobbiest for well under £100....

Thanks for that Aqua Andy. I go to the Colchester store a lot although they are in the process of moving to new premises. Looks like it will be good when they have finished.
