A Red Capped Oranda's Gender?

I just got a red capped oranda goldfish from the pet store. I've noticed that a lot of people are calling their fish 'he' or 'she', and I was wondering if there was a way to find out my fish's gender. I have an african dwarf frog, and I know he's a male because he has a white dot underneath his arm. But orandas, I'm not so sure of. I tried googling it multiple times, but nothing ever comes up. I was wondering if any of you guys knew.

With young fish, it's pretty much impossible to tell, and it's just about impossible with an adult fish unless they're in breeding condition.
