I'm a new gourami owner, having rescued a three-spot a short time ago, and I have a question regarding his diet. I've read on this forum (in the betta section) that freeze-dried foods, such as bloodworms, can wreak havoc on a fish's digestive system, and since I'm supplementing the flake diet for House, the gourami, with freeze-dried bloodworms, I was wondering if this is a problem. If it is, how can I get access to live or frozen bloodworms?

Very sorry if this has already been addressed. I've been on this site reading through a lot of topics in the past few days, but I might've missed a few.

I feed dried bloodworms and frozen bloodworms and flake food. frozen brineshrimp is good also. Just make sure you change up on the diet alternating days and what you feed. Your lfs should have frozen food and live food there too.
