A Plastic Cup As A Temporary Hiding Place?

Could this cup be used temporarily as a hiding place if I rinsed it off with some water and put it in the tank? I never used it, and it will be a day or two before I put in a better hiding place. The final hiding place will be a few clay pots.

It will work fine but you will have to weight it down with something to keep it submerged.

An LFS I went to once used cups as hiding places! Can look quite effective!

Just put a bit of gravel inside to weigh it down and you're laughing.

I agree... in certain circumstances/settings it can look quite cool.
