A Place To Post About Stocking?

We've all seen pictures of bettas in 1g glass jars with no heaters. Many of us have seen giant fish in small tanks. I'd like a place to be able to post pictures of these phenomena. Maybe a sticky in Tropical Discussion? Of course not to "mock" or "shame" or send our army of fish enthusiasts after the person, but just I want a place to share my shock and horror when I saw this picture:
