Beautifulboth tanks look so peaceful. That bonsai has really filled out!!
and I saw two Cherry barbs burrow inside it while doing some mating jiggles
gives shade and hiding spots too. Really great seeing how much they all interact with it.
tank is doing great. My cory are constantly laying eggs but I leave them alone as I don't have capacity right now to breed.
Ya got a very nice tank there, but I'm curious about the Bonsai - is that and actual bonsai tree or is it a drift wood trunk with java moss on top.?..I just never knew you can submerge a bonsai. If you can that makes for a great tank idea.More up to date pics. Everything is going really well. Cories are so fun to watch![]()
Fish are very happy. It's been such a relaxing tank. Just the busyness of Xmas prep and are in and out of lockdowns keeping me busyHI, Aily! Haven't bumped into you for a while. Your tank looks really lovely. Happy fish.

They call them bonsai but they are crafted driftwood and then I had to attach lots of xmas moss. The fish absolutely love it. They burrow into the moss, hide under it, nap on itYa got a very nice tank there, but I'm curious about the Bonsai - is that and actual bonsai tree or is it a drift wood trunk with java moss on top.?..I just never knew you can submerge a bonsai. I have an order of blue eyed forktail they are holding onto for me. Waiting for them to get big enough to ship. It's been a long wait but so nearly there.I was down in Seahorse last week and wondered why I hadn't seen any posts from you in a while.
