A New Tank - A Blank Canvas

Hi all,

Finally got round to getting a (slightly) bigger tank.

I am getting a Juwel Rekord 70 and would appreciate any suggestions.

I would dearly love to switch from gravel to sand and I've heard Argos Play Sand is the best option for a beginner? Is this ok?

So far I will have my 5 Corys to go in and was looking for other suggestions for tankmates.

I was hoping to pick from...
4/5 Chain Loach?
5/6 Harlequins?
1 Red Tailed Black Shark?!?!?
2/3 Otos?

yes play sand will be fine.

I cant help much on your stocking but I would remove the RTBS, they're best suited to larger tanks, especially sharing the bottom of the tank with the cories.
