Hi, in a previous post someone reckoned my tank was overstocked.
Its 10gallons and i have 2 swords, 2 mollies, 2 flame tetras and i am hoping to move my betta to his own tank.
Someone said its not exactly overcrowded but my mollies might get too big? And swords are teretorial? They all seem happy enough and my mollies arent that big and dont appear to be growing? And are my flame tetras suitable in there? i wouldnt mind a couple more of them

Also i seen mollies need or prefer some salt in their water? i do understand its a specific aquarium salt? I have never given any of my mollies this, is it essential for keeping them, and what about my other fish with salt?

Last but not least
My flame tetras are pretty small and my mum use to feed my fish when i was working (she doesnt anymore) but i think she was overfeeding them. They all use to be pretty fat but have all "slimmed down" now but my tetras are still kinda pot bellied, is this cruel or will it be harming them in any way?

Sorry for the length but some replys might take my mind off a few things!
Thanks very much :good:

Your Flame Tetras should be kept in at least a group of 5, they prefer a Ph of between 5 - 7.5 with the temp between 22 and 28c, so you should get another 3 at least and a bigger tank ideally. hope this helps

would i get away with another 2 or 3 in my tank as it is?

you should get away adding another 3 (at least 3)
