its a golden CAE Gyrinocheilus aymonieri aka golden sucking loach.

KentBlokey - that's typical of these fish. Once they start getting older, they begin to turn extremely aggressive and attack other fish. They are also territorial and grow to 10". They may be beautiful, but they are evil! They are also often reffered to using various mis-leading names... I'm gonna call them Evil Thai Sucker Fish from now on That's what they realy are .

I have observed absolutly no aggression from mine whatsoever.
I belive I may have the exception to the rule though, from what I've read about these fish.
