yes its called the ibble block its just people who are annoyed that i wont give in to their offers outside ebay thats all.

Wellllllll i know you definatly aren't a con artist and run a reputable shop. Some people don't understand what it's like to run a shop. i'd never do it again with such high overheads to try and cover every week. And if they havent then they should mind their own business .

People dont realize that i work from 10am 6 days a week until, hmmmm what time is it? oh 2.25 in the morning, ive built our bettas business up through sheer hard work and graft and value our customers and opinions but some opinions are just un called for and i find it very sad that they continue to do this, esp when their feedback shows that they are in great contact with one of my rivals who if i remember right charges almost £12 shipping on a single betta alone and a starting price of £12 per fish.
