A Face In My Mopwani Wood....

While unpacking my order of Mopwani wood I noticed this piece that bares an uncanny reseblance to a face....perhaps a happy wizard or one of the tree people off Lord of the rings, or Ents as i believe they are called.

What a cracker eh?....Im in two minds as to whether or not to keep it for one of my own tanks rather than sell it since its such a nice piece.

the top part looked like a foot to me .. and i see the face easily..

glad you didnt start going on about it being a religious symbol.. i can just see it now in the Daily Sport.. Fish Keeper sees Jesus in Mopani!

How about some java moss hair and anubias ears..?

I can just imagine every 'god botherer' from ends of the earth making a pilgrimage to my little Scottish home to see the face of jesus in my mopwani wood.

.....Jesus only appears in dirty tea towels and pork scratchings though.

Jesus loves appearing on dirty tea towels or so we are lead to believe but what about Michael Jackson on a bath towel?.....sound crazy?

Well heres the proof, i dried my muddy dog with this clean white towel but when I looked closely, there he was....the king of pop staring right back at me Ooooooh spooky?

That tyowel is probably worth a fortune. Ive also got Moon walker the computer game for the sega megadrive where you have to guide Michael around different levels looking for small children....my how things change!......I wonder how colectable this kinda stuff is, I was a big fan when I was young.

Ironically I also had Michael Jackson duvet cover.......it was ionly ever used for sleeping on the floor though heh heh heh ........dont know where that is now but I'll always keep the towel.

Thats who I meant in my first post....it does doesnt it, I think it would be worth hanging onto and see if I get a good price for it......either that or just keep it.

Mopwani wood is great for interesting shapes, the rest of the wood is cool too but none look like faces.
