I am trying to understand how my new camera works (Canon Powershot A80). Takes a lot of time to get used to a new camera :blink:

Anyway, this is one of my breeding machines, female Corydoras pygmaeus.

I love these little ones, I've kept and bred Corydoras habrosus also. They are small cuties too =)

The tank has been up and running for uhm, 17 days now. I got it cycled in a week, thanks to a large amount of bacteria from other already cycled tanks. I started a thread that has pictures of the tank from day one. It's here: Setting up a new tank, 500L

Oh, and the round thingy on the bottom right in the second picture is, yes, a glass. I gave some living mosquito larvae and kinda dropped the whole glass in the tank. Maybe I should do something about that :*)

I am trying to get my habrosus to breed , If you have any tips I would appreciatte it very much. thanks
They are much like other cories when it comes to breeding. Feed them well, change water and lower (or rise a bit) the temp and add more current. At least it has worked for me. Frozen cyclops is my cories favourite food :)

Ohh, ohhh, I got a good picture of a plant too! This is a good day :D

Thanks =)

I am so happy now, starting to learn the secrets of a new camera. My aquarium isn't TOTM nominations worthy yet. Metal halides are still waiting for me to start drilling holes to the ceiling and there's not a black fabric thingy around the lame, silvery stand . But I will take you a whole tank picture within few weeks time :)
