I think your Oscar looks perfectly healthy, fin's on fish differ from fish to fish. I wish my Oscar had fins like yours

Yea, i knew that pretty much. Just testing my luck smile.gif Its only one live plant, the middle sword. it is anchord down, the rest are plastic. when they come out of the sand ill eventually just leave them out thumbs-up.gif lol

I tried adding a plant to mine a huge live sword from another tank. When I woke up the next morning I had green chunks and roots floating all over in the water, as well as everything else had been moved around in the tank, and Oscar The Grinch was spazzzing out and swimming from side to side. So in an attempt not to disturb Oscar for he is such a sensitive soul I dont move or add anything to my tank he cant eat. I also keep my teasing to a minimum (very very rarely do I open my mouth as far as I can and stand in front of the aquarium, strictly often enought to let him know whos the boss ).

Well the sword is still in their, and hes eating very good right now (maybe why he is not torn up the plant) lol
