andywg u obviously have a range of unusual words that u like using but then how old r u? im 17 so is it really that satisfactory arguing with words like that 2 a child, (although i did get 10 gcse's A*-C and im in the national academy 4 gifted and talented youth, but then im only 17)

Not sure what the last part means, but my post was nothing like superiority. I just pointed out the benefits of this research into AI, something no one else had picked up on. Then I am told I can't get involved in the debate as I wasn't part of the original trio.

i no its been a ####ty summer but honestly people cheer up, the weather will get better then we can leave our computers and go get drunk in the sun.

That is where you miss the point. Summer=kids not in school=lots of "fun" posts regardless of the weather. Down in the South East it's not been that bad. No great amounts of sunshine (except on 7 July) but no torrential rain.

if u cared 2 read my post andy u would have noted that i am 17, i do believe the leaving age of school is 16 in england, unless its changed in the year since i left, which i doubt.

That clever and you can't even take the time to spell "you", nor understand how to use an apostrophe. The words I use should be in now way unusual to someone as intelligent as you claim to be. They really are just giving GCSEs out by collecting corn flakes tokens these days.

And you are so talented that if someone contradicts your opinion you can only respond with personal insults (ad hominem - against the person) rather than being able to formulate any sort of cogent defence of your position.

u is what the kids use now a days as a quick way how old R U anyway im guessing going on 40. i mean come on arguments are good for the soul but resorting to grammer is just harsh, i had years of torment for my inability to spell so its just sinking low imo when people have to point it out in arguments.

andy u really r one of the biggest idiots (as its a family forum i wont use the word im thinking of) iv ever met, i worked hard 4 them gcse's and ur patronising a child, its people like u that make the kids of 2day feel inadequate and turn them 2 crime.

If you read my post you would see I started replying before your post and was only replying to shibby. And, forgive me if I am wrong, but 6th Form lasts until 18.

Nope, just correcting mistakes. The age of the poster is immaterial. Rather than being proud that someone has pointed out a mistake, why not take the time to write correct things? Saves everyon'e's time then

Lasts untill 18 unless "you" screw up a year please dont shout and laugh at me for failing my first year, im just not so smart me no no stuff about computers and maths

I bother to type/spell properly (unless a typo I don't notice slips in), it means the person reading can actually work out what is being said (and work it out without thinking they're addressing Mr. Chav 2007).

Andy, you should have sat the Latin GSCE... Memorising almost the entire Virgil's Aeneid IV as well as a few other fun passages... And I couldn't even find anywhere to fit in 'high epic style' or 'brothel'

for the record i dont disagree with everything andy says i just dont like the way he puts it forward sometimes, when im older i hope to have as much intellegence as he posseses after seeing his tanks i respect he knows his stuff!!

spelling im sorry but i actually cant do it very well, big problem really but i live with it, just guess if you cant read it


and this will be my last post now il go and get a cupa tea no earl grey though so i will have to make do with pg gosh!
