95G Co2 Bottle, How Long Would It Last?

I have an 80litre and its pretty well planted, soon to be full, I want pressurised CO2 and was thinking of using my old 9lb nitrous bottle. But for the price of a reg, and all the other bits I'd need I wonder if its easier to buy a £70 kit from ebay with a 95g disposable bottle from Hong Kong. But then how long would a bottle that size last me??? Any ideas people???

Did you look at the German manufactuer that I posted in your other thread? they do bigger, refillable canisters for not much more, with a good reg too.
