ye i have a spare cycled tank ready for some and a frend who will take the others

Depending on dimensions I'd get Discus OR Angels, consider the commitment required for keeping Discus and their special needs though. Failing that maybe a Severum?

Yes but it would need to be large enough to not get eaten and be able to handle the attentions of the relatively large fish. I've never kept Severums so I won't comment any futher, wait for some more replies and also search on here for severum to find out more.

severums? i got 3 small ones for £12. golden ones.
erm you could ahve firemouths etc in there a mixed south american cichlid tank, jsut be careful of aggression and mixing certain species, ddefinetely more fun then angel or discus.

You could keep a severum in there with some other cichlids.. festivum, rainbow cichlid... google them if you don't know about them...

Discus and German Blue Rams. if you have good city water if not use bottled it may be a little more work but trust me its worth it!!
