75 Gallon

My son has a 75 gallon with a rena filstar xp3 and a emperor bio wheel 350.
He has
7 Black skirt tetras
6 Otto's
6 Cory cats
3 Dwarf gouramis
6 Hatchet fish
Can he add more or is he done or take some out?

Yes your son can add more fish. Generally the rule of thumb for fish that size is one inch of fish for every gallon of aquarium. When you get to the larger species like Oscars or large catfish you have to start thinking about tank width and length. He would probably be happy with something like emperor tetras or cardinals judging by your list of fish so far. Maybe even a small pleco species like bristlenose.
