I wouldn't risk a betta (siamese fighter male) in a community tank. If it doesn't get picked on itself, it could be a mutant monster and end up eating the tails of other fish. Beautiful but somewhat feisty fish from my experiences. I had one that ate 4 tetra tails in the space of an hour.

what size is enough for a fish in a 65l tank in cm

i have said me personally would have an adult fish max size of about 3-4 inch

lets say about the size of a dwarf gourami
