6 Dead Neons In Three Days

i recently came back from my holidy i was gone three days my mum rang me and i told her what to do with the fish i arrive back and she informs that 4 neons had died but there was 9 when i left and three in the tank that i could see so today i noticed the other to floating on the top my mum said my siames flyin fox fish was nibbleing at a dead one any one no whats happend

ok the test results were
ph 7.0/7.2
amonia 0ppm
nitrate 30
nitrite 0ppm

tank mates
2 female guppies
2 siamese flying fox fish
3 head and tail light tetras
4 zebra danios
2 harlequin rasboras
2 peppered corries
5 rummy nose tetras
and 2 remaining neons one more died today but i can not find him.

96l/22.5gallons
2 1/2 foot


i did not feed them it was my mum but she done it while i was talking to her on speaker phone so she knew exactly what to do.
