55 Sandy Bottem Journal.

I recently decided that I would put mostly all red tinted plants in this tank haha! it will look nice woth BST and phantoms haha.

Would look nice without the revolting coloured water! Have you tried leaving the lights off for a day or two to see if it goes away?
haha.. it only turned green yesterday.. and yes.. this morning I I did a 50% water change and I am currently placing the tank on black out. green shouled be dead by tomorrow.

:/ Still combating green water. I suppose the only plus is it is killing off almost all the other froms of algea haha. I threw in some duckweed to try and defeat the green water. it keeps the water clear in the 72 gallon haah.

looks like mayjor algae growth. You should get a Co2 injector for the plants and some ferts along with one of those scrubbers to remove all that algae.
