I suggest you take some time to read up on each of those fish you listed.  I find Seriously Fish very helpful in this regard.  (seriouslyfish.com)

Make a spreadsheet or a chart.  For each type of fish you listed, mark down what it needs in terms of: temperature, number in a school to be happy, and what will and won't work with it.

I think if you spend some time developing this detail, you are going to find out a LOT about the list you shared.

+1 on what freedom posted, im sure you enjoy doing some research on the fish, its always fun for me to research my fish.

yes and i have picked out of these species i want rummy nose tetras electric blue rams otocinclus catfish red platys Marthae Silver Hatchet fish and clown pleco and port hole catfish how many of each could i fit in my tank?

Well port holes would take up most of your stocking space as they prefer groups so I'd take the out.

The otos prefer about 6 month old cycled tanks, for best survival rate, with biofilm, algae, and non-fluctuating ammonia levels.

Rams can be delicate, but you could probably get a pair for the bottom levels, what's your normal pH?

You could do a large school of rummy noses, maybe 10-20 not sure though maybe someone else can help with that.

Hatchets I know are small fish, but I don't know much about them.

And a clown Pleco would do fine I'm sure, or a bushy nose, or a flash pleco, you need some driftwood though.
