Check out ebay or craigslist. There are always about a million used 55g setups for sale in your area.

I own the 55 kit from petsmart. and i bought the stand from there. my only opinion is if you get this kit, you might want to purchase a better filter than the topfin 60 thats included. not saying it doesnt work well, cuz it does. but there are better filters out there. ill try to get a pic this evening as i have no batteries.

I got mine from walmart, works nice.
It was the cheapest I could find, petco and petsmart were selling 55's for $199, and walmart was selling it for $164 or something...

also if i remember right, walmart and petsmart bothe sell the same topfin 55 kits. and i believe that walmarts price was better. they were out of stock so i went to PM.
