It is a tank that is at my place of work,it look overstocked to me.
2 Rosy Barbs
10 Cherry Barbs
1 RTBS
1 snail
They are 4 Big rocks, and plenty of plants. Soo what do you guys think

How can it be over stocked, hardly anything in it LOL, i guess the RTBS could be a "big boy" how big is it?

RTB only get to 6"

with the RTB there isnt much more you can add, due to the RTB being very aggressive.

The RTBS seem to never bother tankmates. it just stay under its rocks than when its time to feed it comes out and eat than go back.

hmm, true top dwellers may work since RTBS are bottom dwellers, a school of 10 hatchetfish would look pretty nice up there.

Ok, so its the RTB really that makes it difficult to add, but if you add the inches of the fish i doubt very much its overstocked,

its not over stocked though (if maintenance is correct and efficient)

Each cherry barb is 1 1/2 inch, both rosy barbs are about 2 1/2 and rtb is 5"
That adds up to 25" so i got 25 more inches to work with?

no, never go by that.

for example, if i have a 3" minnow and a 3" pleco, the pleco has a bigger bio mess, which will bring down your stocking limit. three 3" minnows would equal the bio mass of one 3" pleco, thus it depends on the fish you have and there bio mass, not length
there isnt many fish that will go along with a RTB, barbs, and tetras are almost it.

What about glass Catfish??? or Tiger Barbs?

i dont know about glass cats, but i would say a nice shoal of tiger barbs would be nice, like 6 or so
you should get more rosy barbs as they should have groups of 5+

You could try some Danios. Anything that is quick moving, and isn't too aggressive should be okay, but try not to keep too many bottom dwelling fish.

If you want tiger barbs keep a group of 9, so aggression isn't spread onto any other fish (like the tetras.) With that, your tank should be pretty well stocked.
