54 Hours Later - All Fry Are Free Swimming (quick Count About 50)

Cool. Thanks for answering that - it's for when I attempt to breed my betta. Also, I heard that you shouldn't feed the male until you take him out of the fry tank because it might cause him to eat the fry. Is this true?

He's beautiful by the way!

His work is never done it seems lol.
I can just imagine the lil fry all going "WHEEEEEEE" as they go up and down into the bubbles and then out of the bubbles, and then the few who don't make it back up squealing for daddy to come to the rescue :p lol

Very cool. That is one devoted father!

when was the last time you slept? :p

Looks like things are still going really well. That male betta must be exhausted by now.

Sleep? whata that lol (me and the betta have both been looking at the matches for our eyes )

I aint been sleeping much recently, i been spending a lot of time watching and caring for the tank.. i have had to do lots of water changes with air tubes so nothing is disturbed, also having to test water a lot, i had a nitirite problem, everytime i was putting new water in, 20 mins later, nitrite was back to 0.25..

After many changes and removing everything except the filter and heater , i have stablised the nitrite now...

Aint got a clue what was causing it, surely not the plants, extra filter, or 1 ornament for hiding (when female was in).. all out now though anyways...

On that note, il think il sleep now lol.. il post another update video later on :)
