5 Us Gallen Tank For A Fighter

just wanting to move my male siamese fighter into a smaller tank he is not happy with his current tank as it has a strong filter
i was thinking about moving him intoa smaller 5 US gallen (23 litres) witch he likes being in
i was just wanting to know if he should be in this tank on his own or with some other fish???

he is around 2 inches long and very placid with other fish
he gets along with all fish apart from male guppies and male swordtails

I would say have him on his own, they rather it that way any how. If you wanted to add someone to his tank snails are meant to be good

my fighter is on the tank on his own he looks a bit sick though he is old
