Guys lol... Have you been BBQ'ing today, or have been ?

Do you have your own fireworks, or are you going to a public display ?

it's a little early for BBQ yet. Just getting ready for the big parade!

Lots of people buy their own fireworks (which is illegal in Minnesota but that part is ignored

) We just watch the show at sundown from our second floor window. They shoot them right over the lake by our house and we have a great view! I'll try to get some photos tonight and post them later.

been BBQing for three days lol. We had a big party last night with plenty of fireworks. was a great show and a lot of fun. The $th is certainly one of my favorite holidays, if for nothing else lots of hotdogs and cold salads. Just glad the weather cooperated yesterday for the big shindig. trying to rally this morning and get some stuff done..taking entirely too long. think i may have had a bit TOO much fun yesterday.

How long did the fireworks go, through-out the night ?

Ours lasted 20 mins for the public show. It was really pretty and loud but the traffic afterward was horrible. When we got home we set ours off for another hour. Turns out none of them were the "actual fireworks" that explode in the air.. , so I amused my family and myself by setting multiple off at a time . Ah...gotta love the 4th, the only day where you are allowed to be a pyro
