Take it. It'll be hard to get better than that mate.

Difficult to judge entirely without pics for condition, but overall, without delivery it'll hard to beat that price. You may manage to get a bit more selling off the filter separately but I doubt you'll get much joy with selling heaters and T8 lighting for all that much.
 
Overall, split up you may get more but it may take quite a while to sell.
