48 Litre Tank

Ive recently received a 48 litre tank from my girlfriend and was wondering what kind of stock levels i can have in it. I want to set up a community tank with many small fish but not sure how many is to much. Oh its a tropical set up by the way.

I would go for
1 Apistogramma theres loads of types that will work just see what you can get (most get 2-3" but this will be the centre piece fish)
3 Endlers (all male or 1 male and 2 females)
10 Ember tetra or Galaxy rasbora

How that look?

I think the endlers would be a good start they the tetra or rasbora and finally the apisto.

I would just get the Endlers. They breed like rabbits so 1 male & two females will turn into a tankfull in months. they look realy nice in a small tank in large numbers. Even more colourful that cardinals.
