I like your tank. Can't wait to see it complete...
It is much more natural to be keeping small fish in a comparatively large tank and, IMO, it's much more pleasant to watch them if they are enjoying a larger, more natural space.
I love your new fish :) I hope the brochis splendens isn't staying alone though - they are schooling fish, quite similar to corydoras IME.
BTW, using the latin names avoids confusion so I think it's a good thing. :) The common names of fish tend to have way too many variations...

Highly impressive, i am inspired by your tank there, you see, i have been complemented on my layouts for being good for reaches every need within a tank, but looking at your layout and how you have done things there have given me new ideas and hopefully will lead to a even better layout for my fish tank, but something like your i cannot recreate, so i bow to you sir, for a master piece

the brochis look alot like corys to me... are they the same thing?
Brochis look like cories, but belong to another genus. they get a bit bigger than cories and I believe they have a differently shaped dorsal fin :)

That tank is awesome wombat  Definitely keep us updated :D
