what sort of percnetage of water should i be cahngeing? and how oftern 10% a day 30% a week or what?

its newly set up but cloend form anotehr tnak, and ontiens 13 firehead tertas at the moment!

you are still supposed to change 10-20 percent a week, it doesnt matter the size of the tank.
